By listening to their specific input and feedback, he can support them to ensure candidates find their ideal “fit” within the organization.
David earned his B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia. He began his real estate career in the fractional and residential ownership division of Marriott and Ritz-Carlton, quickly earning his teams national recognition and producing millions of dollars in annual sales. David learned early in his career the importance of nurturing his associates, so their passion and dedication will translate to the care of their clients and the overall sales success. He strives to reward, recognize and continually develop others and brings that growth mindset to each leadership role.
Originally from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, David traveled around the world twice, ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, swam from Alcatraz in the San Francisco Bay, and lived in nine states. He now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and three children, the most rewarding of his life achievements.
