A native of L.A.’s Westside, David Solomon has sold nearly a billion dollars in residential real estate. Consistently ranking on REAL Trends’ list of the top 250 agents in the U.S., as featured in the Wall Street Journal, David’s sales topped $130,000,000 in 2017 alone, establishing him among The Agency’s top producers.
As an early partner at The Agency, David set out to join an industry-disrupting brokerage that would redefine the business of real estate. Prior to The Agency’s inception in 2011, David had spent nearly a decade at Prudential California Realty, which later became Berkshire Hathaway, where he often ranked among the top 10 agents in the company.
An early adopter of technology, web, video and social media with a keen eye for real estate marketing, David grew his business exponentially year-over-year, even when the market was seemingly collapsing in the 2008 downturn. David prides himself on delivering world-class marketing and white-glove service with aggressive but delicate sales and negotiating skills, handling every transaction and client with the utmost discretion. David’s clients come from a wide variety of fields, from top tech entrepreneurs, business moguls and foreign investors to celebrities, athletes, entertainment execs and more. Having grown up in the business and holding nearly 15 years experience as a licensed agent himself, David has witnessed the market’s upswings and downturns firsthand. Beyond representing clients in their own real estate endeavors, David has bought, designed, built and sold numerous properties and continues to own and rent out a handful of prime coastal properties.
David’s greatest passions, aside from family, include surfing, traveling, photography, art, design and architecture. When David is not working on behalf of his clients, he can often be found spending time with his family and snowboarding with his five-year-old son Greyson.
