In her years as an agent, she has represented everyone from first-time buyers to luxury sellers, earned her resort and secondary specialist designations, and repeatedly closed more than $1 million in monthly sales.



Debbie has built her reputation and success on integrity, which has earned her the trust of numerous repeat clients as well as their referrals, all of whom praise her clear communication style, negotiation prowess and command of the local market. Raised in North Scottsdale, Debbie is intimately familiar with Scottsdale and its surrounding communities.



Prior to becoming an agent, Debbie worked as President of Operations and Marketing for Ironwood Wealth Advisers, honing an eye for detail that continues to help her advocate for real estate clients. When she isn’t showing clients homes and studying market trends, she spends time with her husband of 26 years, their two adult children, and her two dogs. Together they enjoy hiking, biking and traveling, including annual trips to Toronto where she was born and still has family. Debbie holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Communication from Arizona State University.
