Debra P. Rochlin Esq.

With more than 12 years of real estate experience and a rich background in the legal field, Debra Rochlin’s exceptional educational and professional background has equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to seamlessly guide clients through every step of the real estate process.

Patient, persistent and passionate, Debra takes a client-centered approach to real estate that resonates with buyers and sellers alike. After obtaining her real estate license in 2007, Debra quickly established herself as one of South Florida’s go-to agents. She is proud to bring her strong market insight and negotiating prowess to The Agency Collective, offering best-in-class marketing, global exposure and a strong media presence to each and every client.

Debra began her professional career as an attorney in 1986. She has since provided legal and managerial assistance to various design, development and construction professionals, in addition to serving on the counsel for several condominium developments. After obtaining her real estate license, Debra revived her law practice and now focuses on loan modifications and foreclosure defense for her clients. Her skills in contract-writing and document review are an asset to clients purchasing a home or commercial property in Florida. When it comes to closing a deal, Debra thinks like a lawyer first, and realtor second.

Debra holds a JD from Southeastern University, MBA from Southeastern University, MA in Political Science and Urban Planning from Brooklyn College, and BS in Psychology from Brooklyn College. She has served as an alternative member of the Planning and Zoning Board of Wilton Manors, as a speaker on behalf of clients at administrative hearings at the city and county levels, and honed her negotiation techniques as a mediator in Broward County civil cases since 1997. In her time outside of real estate, Debra breeds French Bulldogs and competes in dog shows worldwide.
