Eduardo Espinosa

Eduardo had his first experience in the real estate world in 2005 when he joined the real estate closing team of one of the best law firms in Los Cabos. There he got the essential knowledge of the closing process from a legal perspective. Also, thanks to his involvement in his family business - commercial and residential construction and property management - Eduardo has built a solid personal network in both San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, which finally led him to make a smooth transition to sales and to become a real estate advisor.

Having been born and raised in Los Cabos, Eduardo has witnessed the rapid transformation of this beautiful place since his early years, that has allowed him to have a special approach to advising clients on the different options this touristic destination can offer in terms of Real Estate.
