Elle Travis brings over 17 years of sales experience, a passion for the Orange County lifestyle and extensive knowledge of the local market to The Agency team. With a deeply rooted love of the beach cities, from Laguna to Huntington Beach, she offers her clients an in-depth understanding of the various niche markets, neighborhood vibes, school systems and lifestyle offerings.



A member of The Agency since 2017, Elle worked alongside Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents James Harris and David Parnes, representing some of L.A.’s high-profile clients and most prominent real estate offerings, before relocating full time to Orange County. She leverages her extensive, global network, negotiating prowess and reputation for honesty and integrity to serve buyers and sellers across the region.



Prior to joining The Agency, Elle worked as a part of the sales team at Ten Thousand, one of the most esteemed, luxury high-rise buildings in Los Angeles. Before that, she spent nearly two decades as director of sales and events for some of the most popular restaurants and nightlife groups in the city.

Patient, genuine and committed to her clients’ success, Elle has keen eye for interior design and ability to recognize the potential in every property.. When not out touring real estate with her clients, she can be found enjoying time with her husband and 3 kids, spending time at the beach, kayaking, or cruising around the harbour on their boat. She devotes much of her time to support the Casa Youth Shelter, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and CARE Rescue LA.
