My wife and I are pretty skeptical people and we've been around the block with multiple real estate transactions over the years; it can be exceedingly painful to sell a property, particularly one that needs extensive remodeling prior to sale. With our Mountain View condo, we were dreading the process. Then we met Elizabeth. From the start, she made it clear that she intended to do the work and spare us the pain, AND get a great price quickly. We honestly didn't believe it, because we've been through this before. We were wrong. Elizabeth owned the process from the start with confidence and fantastic organization (and a great team supporting her). She communicated via text and phone seamlessly while planning, designing, and implementing a pretty epic remodel. She kept us in the loop and shielded us from the inevitable painful logistics of that process (we only found out after the fact the immense amount of work and hassle she undertook). And in less than a month she had the place looking stunning (despite her contractor being on vacation for a week out of the country)! She provided clear estimates and receipts for all expenditures and we came in right on budget. She then proposed a pricing and marketing strategy that led to over 120 visits during the single open house, with multiple offers in a real tricky market. Importantly, she navigated those offers to assure that we connected with the best buyer, not just on price but on overall fit for our home. She then seamlessly handled the closing process. We honestly couldn't believe after it was done how easy she made the whole thing. Our advice? Use Elizabeth! And let her do her thing without too much interference because she knows what she's doing and she puts in the work. She also truly loves what she does, which makes it an absolute joy to work with her.
