Emma Korchek

Born and raised in Sherman Oaks, Emma is an experienced, quick-thinking real estate professional who specializes in the diverse San Fernando Valley and surrounding residential neighborhoods. She has spent more than four years working alongside her mother, Andrea Korchek, a former attorney and The Agency’s 2018 MVP. Their collaboration played an integral part in Emma's career as she established an extensive network, in-depth market expertise and an unrivaled proficiency in the detailed nuances of the transaction process.

Before transitioning to real estate full time, Emma pursued a career in hospitality, leading customer service at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During her tenure, the hotel was named Number One out of 155 Fairmont luxury hotels and resorts worldwide. Her commitment to providing excellent customer service, as well as her passion for working with people and families, translated seamlessly to her career in real estate.

A graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Emma majored in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Psychology. She supports numerous charitable organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign and Chrysalis, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals. She also raised $20,000 for Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes in 2018. When she’s not touring real estate with her clients or volunteering her time, Emma can be found cooking, enjoying fine wine and cuisine, and spending time with family and friends.
