Emma began her career in real estate in 2006 while attending the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she worked as a real estate assistant and transaction coordinator. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a Minor in Real Estate in 2010, she transitioned into real estate full-time and has since developed a deep understanding of the market and the relationships that drive it. Her clients value her steady guidance, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to making each buying or selling experience seamless and rewarding.
A respected leader in the real estate community, Emma is actively involved in the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC). She has served as Alaska RRC State President in 2023 and 2024 and as Region 9 Regional Vice President in 2025. Earlier in her service, she held the role of Education Leader from 2018 to 2019. A lifelong Alaskan, Emma grew up in Bristol Bay and Juneau before making Anchorage home. She lives there with her husband, Neil, their two daughters, Lena and Maren, and their dog Bodhi. When she's not working with clients, Emma enjoys cooking, traveling, fishing, and spending time outdoors exploring Alaska's incredible landscapes with family and friends.
