Born and raised along the shoreline of Long Island, frequenting both New York City and the Hamptons, she developed a passion for both the glamour of the city and the tranquility of the suburbs.

Erica’s experience with both worlds has proven to help turn her clients’ real estate and lifestyle dreams into a reality.

After achieving a B.A. from the University of Tampa, she worked in the event planning industry to develop high-quality events for her clients.

Later in life, she continued her education to receive a M.S. degree from Touro College in the field of occupational therapy.

Interestingly, she discovered the relevance of occupational therapy in connection with real estate.

Understanding the general needs of her clients enables her to find real estate opportunities that are best suited for their individual needs and desires.
