Erin Carrigg brings more than 16 years of real estate experience and a wealth of business, financial and local market knowledge to The Agency Alamo team. Passionate about real estate, she loves the continually evolving nature of the business and helping her clients achieve the dream of homeownership.
Prior to joining The Agency, Erin was a Loan Representative and an Asset Manager for Wells Fargo, personally managing all of the bank-owned properties within San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Monterey, Sonoma and Lake Counties. She spent a considerable amount of time in the field, evaluating each property and implementing marketing and sales strategies to ensure top pricing on the REOs. Erin averaged 20 sales per month, ranking #1 out of 40 REO Asset Managers within her division in 2014. Her marketing, sales, pricing and lending expertise prove invaluable to buyers and sellers throughout the region.
A fierce competitor, Erin was awarded a Full Athletic Scholarship to the University of Southern California for soccer, where she learned the value of dedication and teamwork. Throughout her athletic career, she was a member of the Pac Ten Champion Soccer Team, voted to Soccer Buzz Magazine’s Far Western All-Star Freshmen Team, recognized as the USC Women’s Soccer Team’s Freshman of the Year and awarded the Defender of the Year Award four years later. Erin majored in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology.
Having grown up in Danville, Erin graduated from San Ramon Valley High School and discovered a passion for real estate at a young age. Her father ran the REO Department at World Savings Bank for 25 years, often bringing Erin along on tours and sharing his knowledge of the business. A mother of two young boys, when not touring real estate with her clients, Erin dedicates her time to the Auction Committee at Montair Elementary School and enjoys running on the Iron Horse Trail, playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
