Gaston Bustamante

Part of The Agency La Jolla and a native of San Diego, Gaston Bustamante brings more than a decade of industry experience and a wisened perspective to his role as a real estate professional. Known for his positive attitude and calm confidence, Gaston’s commitment to excellence and tireless work ethic earned him a Rising Star nomination for the 2019-2020 year.

Raised within a family of real estate professionals and having worked with a wide range of clients—including veterans, first-time buyers, seasoned investors and international buyers—Gaston actively maintains a broad base of knowledge regarding San Diego’s ever-evolving real estate market and is proficient in guiding clients through many types of complex transactions. Gaston is trilingual—speaking English, Spanish and—a skill that further enhances his ability to connect and service a diverse array of clients.

Prior to becoming an agent, Gaston attended San Diego State University and Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. After achieving his real estate license, Gaston also served as a mortgage loan officer and a contractor for home remodeling projects. He has also worked for investors who rehab homes across San Diego.

In his free time, Gaston supports the Tijuana Salesian Project, A.C., which provides services to migrants and youth living on the border between Mexico and the United States. He also enjoys being with friends and family, playing golf, soccer and boxing.
