Having worked with some of the most elite entertainment moguls in Los Angeles and represented clients in record-breaking sales, Bay Area native Gina Blancarte is thrilled to return to San Francisco to add to the success of The Agency’s Noe Valley office.
The recipient of The Agency’s prestigious MVP Award in 2016 for her impressive sales volume just a year after joining the team, Gina quickly established herself among L.A.’s most talented agents. Her first transaction with The Agency remains the highest-priced sale in Culver City and landed her on an episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
Technologically savvy and highly experienced in marketing and social media strategy, Gina offers her clients a fresh, innovative approach to real estate sales. She has a reputation for tenacity, discretion and meticulous attention to detail and brings a fitting team mentality and personable approach to every transaction. Recently featured in Angeleno Magazine as one of “The Wonder Women of Los Angeles,” Gina is an active member of Women of The Agency, an organization with a mission to bring collaboration, innovation and power to women in real estate. In 2018, she will be featured on CNBC’s Secret Lives of the Super Rich for her multi-million dollar listing at 199 Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach.
Prior to her career in real estate, Gina was an accomplished business executive, working alongside the biggest names in the entertainment industry. As the owner of Live 4 Entertainment, Gina led event production, business development, marketing strategy, promotions and customer engagement for a series of ambitious projects, creating strong global and local positioning for numerous organizations. As an agent, Gina uses this highly specialized skill set, an asset in today’s luxury real estate market, to lead event marketing, from open houses to brand partnerships, as well as to produce innovative marketing campaigns to sell homes.
Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Gina attended the St. Francis High School in Mountain View before earning her degree in communications from Santa Clara University. When she’s not serving her clients in real estate, her passions include the advancement of women in the marketplace, animal activism, and the arts. She is proud to serve as Co-President of her SCU Real Estate Alumni Group, in addition to serving on the board of SCU’s Own It, a summit dedicated to helping young women advance in life and the workplace.
