This background has led her to be very apt with contracts and a skilled communicator. When Jaimie was expecting her first child it seemed like a great time to join the Sittauer Gouge Group with her Mother-in-law and Husband, Eric.
Outside of her lustrious real estate career, Jaimie spends time with her 3 children and helps out on multiple school boards. As a family, they love to travel and enjoy trying new recipes as Jaimie is a passionate self-taught cook.

Selling out Home in Seattle: They worked with us to make any changes necessary to maximize the price of our Queen Anne home and rapidly get it on the market in the middle of the COVID lockdown. We had our home under contract is less than a DAY after listing! It was crazy; Jaimie and Eric made it easy and even fun to go through this process with them. They knew the Seattle market very well, worked with us on our strategy, and the process was seamless. Buying our new Home in Edmonds: Talk about a small town. Jaimie and Eric know EVERYONE here! That made it helpful when they were able to show us homes that weren't even on the market yet due to being under construction. They had great patience; viewing of homes was never a burden on them even though we took a while figuring out what we wanted. They gave us excellent guidance on the houses we did look at. After looking at many homes but nothing being just right, they were able to help us do an off the market deal on a new construction home months before it was completed. There was a very low inventory of homes and nothing meeting our needs in Edmonds, and they STILL found a way to get us into the perfect home, the perfect neighborhood. Through them, we already felt we had a community in Edmonds, and to this day, I still can ask for a good vendor recommendation for projects or a solid brewery to visit. The Gouge team are rockstars that anyone would be lucky to work with, and we would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all of our family and friends.
