A hard-working entrepreneur, hands-on father, and successful real estate agent and Principal Broker, Jake also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stanford University. Aside from family, fatherhood and forecasting housing market trends, Jake's greatest passion is teaching others, especially agents new and seasoned, how to succeed as real estate agents in Park City. “The older (and hopefully wiser) I get in this business, the more I realize that I just really love helping people. It’s all about sharing my knowledge, helping my clients find a great home or sell their home, and helping the agents at my company excel.” Raised in Park City and born into a family with a long career history in home development and real estate, Jake has intimate knowledge of the area. His market insight comes naturally with his own real estate career spanning over 25 years. As a young Realtor, Jake learned the family business, teamed up with his father and uncle and successfully assisted in developing and selling over 700 prestigious homes and communities across Park City, including Pinebrook Cottages, Pinebrook Pointe, Blackhawk Station, Blackhawk Ranch, Trout Creek Townhomes, Newpark Resort Residences, Newpark Hotel, and Newpark Terrace. He also went on to represent a significant portion of Sellers and Buyers in The Ranches At The Preserve, The Preserve, Stagecoach Estates, and Glenwild. During this monumental success, Jake’s entrepreneurial spirit took over, and in 2003 he took the leap and became a Real Estate Broker. Jake owned and operated the successful Park City brokerage, Glenwild Realty, from 2006 to 2017, representing hundreds of buyers and sellers in successful transactions across Park City, Heber Valley and Salt Lake City. With business partners, Charlie Taylor and Mike Mazzone, Jake went on to open another successful brokerage in 2018, The Agency Park City. Jake has made a name for himself across Park City and the surrounding area, proving how multifaceted he is by not only being a top-producing agent but also a highly influential entrepreneur and Principal Broker at The Agency in Park City.
