Born and raised in London, England, Harris' entrepreneurial drive started at the tender age of 16. After working as a residential investment agent in the United Kingdom, Harris headed west to Los Angeles to broaden his horizon and to enjoy the California sunshine.
Today, Harris is living the American Dream, working in a city he loves with an incredibly talented group of people. He and business partner, David Parnes, specialize in high-end residential real estate and investment properties in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Sunset Strip, the Hollywood Hills, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu and the greater Los Angeles region.
The partners' "no-nonsense" approach to closing deals, coupled with their extensive network of high-net-worth international and domestic clients, have enabled them to sell approximately $250 million for 2015 & 2016. 2017 was a record-breaking year with over $500 million in sales earning the partners The Agency’s MVP Award in 2017. Harris has proven that his exceptional service and attention to each and every one of his clients is the recipe to his success.
Most recently the partners represented the $30 Million sale of 438 N. Faring Road in Holmby Hills and another $30 Million sale at 200 N. Delfern in Holmby Hills, two deals in which they represented both the Buyer and the Seller, two $18 Million development opportunities in Holmby Hills, a $25 Million development opportunity in Bel Air, a newly developed property at 900 Stradella Rd. in Bel Air for $41 Million, which was the highest Bel Air sale recorded in the MLS since December, 2015 and 630 Nimes Road for $56 Million which was the highest recorded sale in Bel Air in the MLS to date in 2018. The partners also represented the third highest sale ever in Malibu for a staggering $69.9 million. James and David represented 3 of the 10 highest sales in Los Angeles in 2017.
Other notable sales by the partners include the sale of a prized property on L.A.'s famous Melrose Place, home to the boutiques of renowned designers such as Oscar De La Renta and Chloé and the famed Hustler store on Sunset Blvd. for $18.5 Million.
Building on this incredible success, this year James and David have expanded their listing inventory to include two spectacular Bel Air listings priced at $44 Million and $38.5 Million plus a newly developed Sunset Strip estate listed for $45 Million. Their current listing portfolio is worth an astonishing $1 Billion and includes some of the City’s most impressive properties. Their exclusive clientele is comprised of countless celebrities, producers, business managers, agents, heads of Fortune 500 companies and numerous high-net worth individuals.

James is happily married to his beautiful wife, Valeria, and together they have two daughters, Sofia and Chloe. His three girls are the light of his life. When he is not at work, James and his family love going to the beach and spending quality time together. A firm believer in giving back to the community, Harris is heavily involved in various humanitarian causes including the Jewish Federation Community and CHLA (Children's Hospital Of Los Angeles).
