Originally from Tijuana, Mexico, Javier attended local schools in San Diego until he moved on to obtain degrees from both the City University of Seattle and CETYS Universidad Tijuana. In his spare time, enjoying nature through camping trips with his dog and friends or scenic road trips is a priority for Javier. He also helps support Proyecto Anda, an organization founded by his best friend in Tijuana, Mexico that is dedicated to promoting a positive and productive environment for physically disabled people.
