Jay Ravnikar

Specializing in Ventura County real estate, with a focus on Simi Valley’s luxury markets of Wood Ranch, Long Canyon Estates, Big Sky and Wild Horse Canyon, Jay Ravnikar brings more than ten years of real estate experience to The Agency.

A fierce advocate for his clients, Jay moved to California in 2001 to pursue a career in the wholesale mortgage banking industry. After more than a decade in real estate finance, he decided to make the leap to the sales side of the industry. Leveraging his experience in mortgage lending with his expert negotiating skills and market knowledge, Jay serves as an invaluable resource to his clients throughout every step of a transaction. From finding the perfect home to securing the loan a buyer might need to finance the purchase, he has proven an invaluable resource to his clients.

Born in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where his father was stationed in the US Military, Jay and his family moved frequently throughout his youth before settling in Florida. A graduate of The University of Florida, when he’s not serving his clients in real estate, Jay enjoys watching sports, playing baseball and basketball and listening to electronic music. An avid poker player, he is a regular at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas every Summer. He is proud to donate a portion of his commissions from every home sale to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles in the name of his clients.
