Jeffrey Serpa

Jeffrey Serpa joins The Agency Scottsdale, bringing a wealth of business experience to the brokerage. To Jeffrey, luxury is a service, not a price point, and he strives to provide valuable insight and expertise to his Scottsdale clients. After receiving his MBA from Grand Canyon University, he took the leap of faith into the world of real estate in 2016—and he’s never looked back. He finds his career to not only be extremely rewarding professionally but also personally enriching as he’s developed wonderful relationships and lifelong connections.

Over the course of his career, Jeffrey has lived and worked in California, Ohio and throughout the Midwest, South Carolina, and Florida over the course of his career—he’s even sailed the high seas of the Caribbean Ocean. Before venturing into real estate, he held various sales positions across varying industries from furniture to residential solar and travel and tourism. Scott moved to the beautiful state of Arizona to attend Arizona State University, graduating in 2008. After completing his Bachelor’s degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business, he began planting roots in Scottsdale. Now, it is the one place that truly feels like home and he is grateful to live in a state that offers so much opportunity for adventure, perfect weather year-round, and rich cultural diversity full of celebration.



When he’s not selling the next dream home or helping his clients transition into a more enjoyable lifestyle in paradise, Jeffrey is likely outside enjoying everything Arizona has to offer. Golf, tennis, pickleball, boating and snowboarding are some of his favorite activities. He treasures his incredible family and friends and seizes any opportunity to create lasting memories with them, whether traveling abroad or trying new restaurants.
