Originally from Massachusetts, Jim spent the past 23 years in Aspen, Colorado, operating his Home Furnishings and Interior Design business, Montecito, which later evolved into Montecito Loft & Home with a more modern aesthetic. After closing his business, Jim set his eyes on the real estate world. The transition to real estate was easy and fun for Jim, as living in the Aspen Valley, Jim built two houses of his own and furnished countless homes.
