JJ's knowledge stems from being an almost native New Yorker; she has been calling New York City home since the age of three. Her interest in real estate initially piqued as an architect major at Brooklyn Technical High School. Since returning to New York City after studying finance and international studies at Boston College, she has called NoMad, the Upper West Side, the Upper East Side, the East Village, Williamsburg, and Queens home.
What drew JJ to real estate is the combination of design, product, financials, logistics, and the variety of people she would interact with. Her previous careers were in the quintessential three F's of New York City: Finance, Fashion, and Film. JJ has an affinity towards visual storytelling stemming from her past experiences and loves that a new space is like a blank canvas for the new home dweller.
In her downtime, you can find her scouting out restaurants all over the city and mastering the chaturanga. More often than not, she will be documenting her food adventures @doublejchoi. She equally enjoys indulging her taste buds at the white tablecloth fine dining establishments as much as the hole in the wall cash-only spots. The plethora of restaurants is a direct reflection of this city's diversity, which is one of the many traits that make New York City one of the best places on earth. She would love to help you find a piece of this great city to call home.
