He initially received his real estate license in California to make some extra money so he could finish a film he started, but the world of real estate quickly captured his heart and he left filmmaking in the past. His impressive accolades include being the top agent at several brokerages. He closed $110 million in 2020, with his largest sale at $65 million.
In his free time, Joe enjoys riding motorcycles, attending car events and driving sports cars at the race track. He donates to Little Star Foundation, an organization that helps children with cancer and their families.
