Johnathan Shirey

Johnathan Shirey has always been engaged in real estate, just in a different capacity as he started as a real estate assistant up until becoming licensed in 2008. He brings over 12 years of experience and knowledge to The Agency Naples team. He is incredibly data-driven and forward thinking while being a big proponent of keeping educated on the monthly market statistics so he can educate clients appropriately. Johnathan understands the ups and downs of the changing market cycles and motivates others to continue to adapt with the changing market.



One of the many reasons Johnathan is drawn to real estate is his love for the excitement. He says, “It’s an exciting career and I love what I do. Being of service and helping achieve others' real estate needs and goals is very fulfilling.” By honing in on patience, listening to the client, and understanding the needs of the client, he has expertise in executing accordingly all while making the process a pleasant experience.



When not immersed in his real estate business, you will find Johnathan spending time with his wife. They enjoy traveling domestically to ski in Aspen, Vail CO, and Jackson Hole, WY. They enjoy traveling internationally as well and have been to Brazil, Mexico, Italy, France, and London. Alongside all of his travels, he and his wife enjoy their pool and the beach. He is a member of the Porsche Club of America and frequently attends cars and coffee events.
