Julian has helped families and investors buy and sell everything from 1-bedroom condos to 13-unit Rooming Houses. He has sold more than 130 homes in only a 6-year career. He specializes in assisting sellers in getting the most value through premarketing preparation and expert negotiating.

Julian developed a foundational level of business by acquiring a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Babson College. Prior to doing Real Estate, Julian worked at big brands such as HBO, EPIX, and Comedy Central. He cultivated his sales and business acumen while working at VMTURBO (now known as Turbonomic), one of the fast-growing software startups in Boston. His knowledge and experience in sales and marketing have allowed him to perfect a strategy to help sellers get top dollar for their homes during competitive markets. Conversely, he has a proven process to ensure you get an accepted offer when it comes time to buy a home.
