Kathi’s unique career paths have provided her with a beautiful blend of experiences, from design to construction, to property management, and as a luxury Realtor.
After graduating in 1983 from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Los Angeles, Kathi spent 14 years in New York City, which eventually led to having her own accessory collection that was manufactured all over the world and selling to most every retailer and mail order catalog in the country.
After finding her new home in Naples, Florida in 1999, a new career blossomed in certified general construction. Her design talents were a nice blend and helpful to clients, ranging from hotel and historical to home renovations Kathi found that she enjoyed digging in the dirt and became involved in site and floor planning, which eventually took her to new construction.
It was in 2009 when Kathi became a Florida Licensed Realtor and as luck would have it, landed in Property Management with Coldwell Banker. That experience was unique and offers investors a view into what makes sense for a 1031 exchange.
In 2013 she became certified in Interior Staging and Redesign, blending her careers together and becoming well-versed in what she offers.
She stands by the notion of “boots on the ground, an experience that can’t be bought but earned by doing."
She has a diverse portfolio, which helps prepare for and get her client's properties sold or rented for the best return. Her buyers are graced the gift of her experience as well as her knowledge of knowing the inventory.
