Originally from Breckenridge, Colorado, Katy Andrews joined The Agency Maui at its debut, bringing nearly 4 years of real estate experience and a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation. With a niche in tourism-driven vacation towns, Katy has expanded her business beyond her ski-town roots to the Wailea office, where she now serves all of Hawaii.

Having grown up around real estate, Katy found her passion for the business early on. She attended Arizona State University and Colorado Mountain College to study business and amassed over 15 years experience in the restaurant and bar industry, which prepared her for the perfect transition into real estate. During her free time, she enjoys island life to the fullest - surfing, diving, hiking, hanging at the beach or on a boat. She loves traveling and often visits Breck to see family and friends.
