Kawther, a multinational and bilingual citizen of the world, brings her passion and knowledge to Victoria’s real estate industry. Kawther was born in Paris, France but raised in Perth, Australia, speaking both French and English. She earned her International Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences in Paris before studying Psychology at Bishop’s University in Quebec. She chose to make Victoria home and begin her career as a real estate agent. Having lived on three continents—Europe, North America, and Australia—she has a passion for exploring the world and connecting with people of all backgrounds and cultures.

Living in multiple places throughout her life, Kawther understands the importance of finding a house that feels like home and brings that to every interaction with her clients. There are often so many emotions tied to a home and she believes in honouring those memories and aspirations. Building a connection with her clients is at the heart of her success in creating an enjoyable home buying or selling experience.

Growing up, Kawther fell in love with real estate, properties, and interior design as her parents owned investment properties in France and Australia. She had the privilege of witnessing the entire process from buying to renovating to renting to selling. Through her education and experiences, she has found a clear path to real estate in Victoria.

Kawther lives in Victoria with her partner, Spencer. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the island, discovering new coffee shops, fitness, and interior design. Kawther also loves to travel, and she has visited twenty countries and looks forward to exploring more.
