Kayla Grae

A third-generation real estate agent and Bay Area native, Kayla Grae brings integrity, drive and extensive local expertise to The Agency’s San Francisco office.

With more than 12 years in real estate, Kayla has earned a reputation for her creative, outside-the-box thinking and commitment to exceptional client service. With experience as an executive assistant to successful CEOs in the service industry, Kayla naturally goes above and beyond for her clients, doing whatever it takes to make a deal happen. Knowing that the buying and selling process can be a stressful one, Kayla prides herself on guiding her clients through every step of the transaction with patience and professionalism.

Kayla grew up in Sonoma County and lived all over the Bay Area before putting down roots in San Francisco. The granddaughter of a top broker in Santa Rosa, Kayla was enamored with the industry from a young age. While assisting her family in their real estate business during college, Kayla secured her license and hasn’t looked back.

In her time outside of real estate, Kayla is an active member of Junior League of San Francisco and volunteers with Safe & Sound, an organization that works to prevent child abuse. She enjoys hiking, cycling, working out, writing, photography, music, wine tasting in Sonoma and Napa, and exploring the Bay Area with her family and friends. She holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University.
