Kevin Goldman

Kevin Goldman joined the Agency's Calabasas office in May, serving Calabasas, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Oak Park, and North Ranch. He works well under pressure and is adaptable on the fly, always keeping a calm and collected attitude. Kevin was born and raised in Calabasas, where he graduated from Calabasas High School, played varsity baseball, and built his love for real estate by attending open houses on the weekends as a kid. Kevin has a background as a chef, where he worked for 13 years at some of the top restaurants in Beverly Hills, Venice, West LA, Malibu and West Hollywood as well as a private chef for very high-end clientele.

His experience as a chef taught him how to handle stress, think ahead, multitask, and deal with problems on the fly — skills that have translated well into his career in real estate. He enjoys building relationships with his clients, and his greatest satisfaction is seeing their faces brighten up when he cooks a multiple-course meal for them after closing on their new home. All these assets contributed to Kevin making his way into the top 5% of agents at his last brokerage in his second year.

Kevin spends his free time cooking, working out, golfing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and occasionally working as a private chef for clients in Malibu, Bel Air, and Santa Monica. Kevin enjoys giving back to his community by cooking and serving food for the homeless, serving food on Skid Row, and being a part of No Kid Hungry and Chef's Stand Up To Cancer.
