Effortlessly balancing drive, genuine relationships, and sharp attention to detail, Kirstin Corsetti serves as a Project Manager at The Agency Development Group, based out of Las Vegas. Prior to this role, Kirstin worked closely with the TADG team as an on-site sales agent for Nevada’s exclusive Ascaya community. Since taking on the Ascaya project with The Agency in December 2020, Kirstin and her colleagues have achieved over $100M in sales, surpassing $80M in revenue in 2022 alone.

Raised in a small suburb outside of Seattle, Washington, Kirstin relocated to Las Vegas in her early 20s and quickly began working in the city’s thriving hospitality industry.
Before launching her career as an agent, Kirstin managed high-profile events and conventions at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas for 12 years. “My entire professional background is in luxury service and working with high-end clientele,” says Kirstin. “I love learning about my clients’ needs and guiding them through the home-buying process. Plus, the most exciting thing about working with new developments is that I have the opportunity to help someone’s vision of their dream home come to life. What could be better?”
On her days off, Kirstin—an avid runner and accomplished marathoner—can often be found pushing at least one of her two young sons in a stroller outside or playing with them in the pool or sandbox. She is also involved with Team Tillman, representing the Pat Tillman Foundation, which honors remarkable military service members, veterans, and spouses by connecting them with academic scholarships, lifelong leadership development opportunities, and a global community of mentors and peers.
