Kristin Stroh

With 200+ million in sales, Kristin Stroh is an incredible asset to have on The Agency Naples team. Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kristin attended school at the University of Tennessee where she studied Advertising and Marketing, both of which play a big role in her successful career today. She used her knowledge to her advantage by working at the largest Ad Agency at the time in Manhattan as a Media Planner, gaining incredible experience from the top advertisers in the nation. She then took her experience to Key Largo, where she worked for a local broker at the prestigious Ocean Reef Club, and ultimately fell in love with Real Estate.

In 2004, Kristin moved to Naples and worked as a consistently top-ranked sales representative for the Naples Daily News. Her accounts included top real estate brokers and real estate developers in the area, and she has maintained real estate ties throughout her career, connecting her with prominent business professionals in the area. She says, “Every step that I have taken since college has led me down the road that I am now. Real estate is all about connecting with people and selling. I am extremely fortunate that I have a way of connecting with people which has made me successful in all that I have accomplished in life.”

Kristin has a way of connecting with her clients and making it known to them that she has their best interests in mind, whether buying or selling a property. Her many years of residing in Naples have connected her with the top architects, builders, real estate attorneys, contractors, and so on. She aims to make the real estate transaction as seamless as possible.

Outside of her professional communities, Kristin enjoys all of the amenities that Naples and Marco Island have to offer: golfing, boating, and indulging in the local restaurant and bar scene. Alongside this, she is passionate about the Golden Retriever Rescue of SWFL, which places golden retrievers in need of homes in SWFL. She has even previously adopted a golden retriever from Korea. Kristin also donates to PACE, a wonderful organization that offers social, emotional, behavioral health, and support services for girls ages 11-17 and their families.

Kristin pursued a career in something that she loves doing, “it doesn't even feel like a job to me. I love the opportunity to help people find their dream homes.”
