In less than a decade, he has achieved over $800 million in career sales throughout Los Angeles, representing clients who range from first-time home buyers and celebrities to seasoned investors, impressing all with his approachability, professionalism, organization skills, knack for numbers and ongoing support.

A long-time L.A. resident, Kyle acutely understands the city’s topography from the coast to the East Side and expertly advises clients buying and selling in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Atwater Village, Hollywood Hills, Santa Monica and Malibu. Throughout his career, he has closed more than 100 transactions but never tires of being able to call clients and tell them of a successfully closed deal or accepted offer, a testament to his passion and care for people.

Since relocating to L.A. from Iowa, where he grew up and studied business, Kyle has been deeply embedded in the world of real estate, getting his start staging luxury homes in Malibu and the Palisades. Upon earning his license, he spent two years under the mentorship of one of the nation’s top agents and eventually founded his own brokerage, garnering invaluable experience in marketing, negotiation and creative problem solving and a stellar reputation within the industry.

Originally drawn to real estate because no two days are the same, he aims for the same variety in his off-duty hours, spending time with his wife and two young daughters, traveling, exercising and being outdoors.
