Representing both buyers and sellers, Larisa specializes in residential real estate, second homes, equestrian properties, luxury rentals and investment properties. Driven by a passion for seeing her clients’ dreams blossom, Larisa has a knack for envisioning a property’s potential, from the design details to the floor plan flexibility and sharing her ideas with sellers and buyers. Over her years in the business, Larisa has built a network of peers, affiliates, clients and vendors, who value her detailed understanding of the legal process of real estate and in-depth market knowledge.
Larisa’s love of real estate was instilled at an early age, as she worked alongside her father, a custom home builder, in the family business. Growing up in Whitefish, Montana, Larisa would assist on job sites, from helping roof a home to picking out finishes for spec homes. She earned her real estate license in 1994, working as an agent, then for a new home builder, selling projects throughout Scottsdale and Phoenix. Her career took her to Illinois, where she worked as a sales manager for a luxury home builder, then to Colorado, where she launched a thriving real estate business before returning to Arizona.
Larisa attended Montana State University before transferring to Arizona State University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Sociology. She volunteers her time at her daughter’s school for fundraisers and events benefitting the Xavier College Preparatory Mothers Guild and has supported several organizations in the past, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Golden Gate Guild, Girls on the Run, Junior League and the Pebble Beach Riding and Trails Association. When not out touring homes with her clients, Larisa can be found spending time with her two daughters, her two dogs and riding dressage on her horse. An avid downhill skier, she also enjoys working out regularly, practicing yoga and mountain biking.
