Lawrence Liu

Lawrence Liu brings strong local knowledge to the Agency's Toronto office. His active listening and problem-solving skills result in strong relationships with all of his clients. Lawrence has an enduring background as a buyer's agent and is well versed in helping first-time home buyers.

Lawrence graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science, major in Human Biology and, double minors in Economics and Psychology. He shortly after found his interest and drive for real estate by starting his career as a leasing agent and working in the field of marketing. Lawrence then knew he wanted to pursue a career in real estate.

Lawrence takes pleasure in getting to know his clients and, making life long relationships, "Every client's story is different. Learning about their goals for the future, where they would like to see themselves, helping them grow and, enter the next step of life is rewarding to be a part of," says Lawrence. Fluent in English, Cantonese and basic Mandarin, his knowledge and integrity have influenced his approach to providing exceptional client services.

In his free time, you can find Lawrence spending time with friends and family. He is an avid basketball fan and enjoys working on his cars.
