Linda Shulman

Linda brings a unique set of skills and background to The Agency. In 2001, she successfully started a business in direct retail sales as a clothing stylist and has developed a following of many loyal clients over the past 20 years. As a stylist/consultant, her ability to listen, understand, and meet the specific needs of each individual relationship has contributed to her success over the last two and a half years as a licensed Real Estate agent. She works mostly with first-time home buyers and couple or singles looking to downsize after a life change.

Having spent much of her life in the suburbs of Boston, Linda has a deep familiarity with Sudbury, Wayland, Newton, and Needham. She focuses much of her work in these areas but also has experience in sales and rentals in the city. In just two and half years as an agent, Linda has garnered a successful number of closed transactions including three listings that sold well over asking price in less than a week.

Linda is a member of the Gala Committee for Horizons for Homeless Children as well as working with Dress for Success in Boston. She loves to participate in outdoor activities including tennis and golf in the warmer months, and though she’s not a big fan of the cold, she is dedicated to taking daily, early morning walks around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir year-round.

Linda loves the process of working with her clients to find the home that aligns with their wants and needs perfectly. That “aha” moment is what she loves most about real estate. “I believe that when your clothes fit you correctly, you can be confident and do your job well. I think that is the same with real estate – when you are in the right home, you feel confident and can do your best in life” says Linda.
