Lucia Fragoso

Meet Lúcia Fragoso, a Real Estate Consultant with almost five years of experience serving clients in Lisbon and Setúbal. Lately, Lúcia has been focusing on working with international clients as a buyer agent, but she intends to have a balance between buyer and seller clients in the future.

With a degree in Public Relations and advertising and a post-graduation in International Marketing, Lúcia brings a unique set of skills to her clients. Her professional background in sales and marketing communications has given her a keen sense of negotiation and creative marketing ideas, which she uses to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Lúcia's love for Lisbon comes from growing up in the area and living there most of her life. Her deep knowledge of Lisbon's history, construction, and changes over time allows her to provide specialized local knowledge to benefit her clients.

Outside of work, Lúcia enjoys rowing on the Tagus River with her team, practicing yoga, attending art and music events, and spending time with friends. She also volunteers at Teleassistência from CML, where she talks to a group of seven elderly people every week.
