Prior to becoming an agent and after graduating from California State University, Fullerton, Marcus played professional basketball abroad. Inspired by his high school coach, who also worked in real estate, and driven to challenge himself further, he seized the opportunity to change careers and realize his dream of becoming an agent. Today, he applies the same level of patience, endurance and focus he would on the court to catering to his clientele.
Always excited to help others, Marcus coaches basketball and is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations, including L.A. Promise, Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation and Wags and Walks. In his personal time, he keeps his mind sharp with chess, travels, indulges in great food and wine and enjoys spending time with loved ones, especially his Great Dane Mastiff mix, Duchess, and Chocolate Lab, Bozzie.
