A native Californian and a licensed realtor since 1993, Margaret Redemer brings a reputation for her patient, caring approach and impeccable negotiating skills to The Agency’s Danville office. Committed to providing superior service to buyers and sellers through every step of a transaction, Margaret listens with both her head and heart, representing clients with passion and exemplary follow-through on every promise.

Margaret understands she is working with clients during a pivotal time in their lives and representing the sale and purchase of their greatest asset. As such, she is dedicated to providing a superior level of service and honest advice with the highest ethical standards, helping make her clients’ moves smooth, pleasant and successful. Because her biggest concern is for her clients’ welfare, Margaret goes out of her way to help manage unforeseen situations that may arise during the buying and selling process to assure peace of mind and satisfaction. Having moved around the country six times in her many years of marriage, in addition to spending ten years as a teacher, Margaret has the unique ability to understand a wide range of people and their needs. Representing clients in Danville and the East Bay since 2002, when she relocated with her husband and sons after building a thriving real estate business in Connecticut, Margaret personally understands the stresses a move can have on children, marriages, and careers. She also knows firsthand the important role an agent can play in helping a family smoothly transition to a new home. As a result, she strives to make every move as positive an experience as possible for her clients and their families. Her market knowledge, which she freely shares, includes carefully honed area expertise on everything from local schools to shopping, activities, recreation, and transportation.

In her time outside of real estate, Margaret is actively involved in her local church and proudly supports City Impact and Bay Area Rescue Mission. She enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, her two sons and their wives, and her seven grandchildren, all of whom live in the East Bay.
