Mark Block

Known as the go-to agent in the Miami Beach and greater South Florida market, Mark Block is a tireless worker and consummate professional who gets the job done time and time again. Whether representing a professional athlete with a relocation or executive selling a luxury property, Mark always comes through.

As Director of Sports/Entertainment and Luxury Sales at The Agency South Florida, Mark is known for his cutting-edge marketing and broad international network. It is precisely this network that has contributed to his rise to the top of whatever field he undertakes. Prior to joining the Agency, Mark worked with the Keyes Company, and was the top producer in the Miami Beach office, one of the top 20 producers in the company for 2018 and among the top luxury sales producers in the company. Together with his wife and partner, agent Zhanna White, Mark had the highest-priced sale of the week in Miami-Dade twice in 2018, as featured in The Real Deal.

Prior to his career in real estate, Mark was an international sports marketing executive, negotiating some of the biggest endorsement deals for athletes in the Olympic sports movement. Mark was the vision behind the notorious Donovan Bailey, Michael Johnson match race in 1997, which remains the biggest payday in Track & Field history. Mark has maintained his relationships with some of the most powerful figures in sports worldwide and is still consulted with on a regular basis. It’s not surprising that many of these same individuals call upon Mark for his real estate services, as they know they can count on the same level of expertise and professionalism.

When he’s not representing clients in real estate, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter Anna, sports and cycling. He proudly supports the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
