Matt Rattanapan brings a steadfast determination and the utmost dedication to his clients to The Agency Pasadena team. Focusing on the Highland Park, Pasadena, Temple City, Arcadia, Monrovia and El Monte markets, he finds the best part of being an estate agent is the moment he passes the keys to a buyer and helps a seller achieve their ultimate goal.

Prior to his real estate career, Matt managed marketing at a mortgage company, earning experience he applies daily to his work. He uses his marketing prowess to successfully market the listings he represents and his knowledge of the lending industry to help buyers understand the purchase process as a whole. His transition to real estate was driven by a personal experience at a young age. When he was 11-years-old, his aunt lost her home. He was devastated and couldn’t understand why she was in such a difficult situation. Now, he makes it his mission to ensure those around him have the support they need to find and secure their homes.

Fluent in English, Thai and Lao, Matt holds an MBA and remains active in L.A.’s Thai community. When not touring real estate with his clients, he enjoys reading books, staying active and playing tennis.
