As an agent with The Agency Development Group, Melissa Tomastik specializes in the purchase and sale of new construction homes throughout Henderson and Las Vegas, including within the exclusive Ascaya community. A poised professional with an ever-growing list of successful transactions, since taking on the Ascaya project with The Agency in December 2020, Melissa and her colleagues have achieved over $100M in sales.

Known for her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to concierge-style client service, Melissa enjoys piecing together every element of the real estate puzzle—from home searches and negotiations to contracts and closings.

Originally from San Diego, Melissa has lived and worked in Las Vegas for the past 11 years, previously focusing on luxury hospitality before launching her real estate career. “In my past work in the hospitality industry, I interacted with locals and tourists in Las Vegas, which helped give me a unique perspective on all my potential client’s needs—no matter where they are from,” says Melissa.

When she isn’t helping clients, Melissa can be found spending time with her daughter and husband and their two dogs and enjoying the area’s best local restaurants with friends. A devoted animal lover, Melissa is also involved with Heaven Can Wait Animal Society.
