An award-winning producer and Southern California native, Michael Ketring brings premier market knowledge, sales expertise, negotiation savvy and passion to The Agency’s Grauman & Rosenfeld Group in Beverly Hills. Serving all of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, Michael specializes in the Westside from Hancock Park to the Palisades, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Thousands Oaks and his hometown of Moorpark.

With his calm demeanor and solutions-oriented attitude, Michael turns complex real estate transactions into positive experiences. Backed by the Grauman & Rosenfeld Group’s decades of combined experience, he provides clients with world-class service while representing some of the Southland’s most notable properties.

Michael grew up learning the importance of drive and perseverance as an athlete. A talented collegiate baseball player, he learned how to adapt and maintain a level head in high-pressure situations, which helped him build his own business while attending college. In this first phase of his career, he honed impeccable communication skills and mastered the art of negotiation before finding his niche in real estate and exercising his many strengths as an agent.

When Michael isn’t precisely pricing properties and providing clients with undivided attention, he tries to enjoy all that LA has to offer. You can often find him exploring new restaurants, hiking around the Santa Monica Mountains, golfing, playing guitar and hosting poker nights with friends.
