As a Brentwood native, she possesses extensive, in-depth knowledge of her hometown's history and allure. Her vast connections on the Westside, paired with her outgoing personality and passion for community, make her an invaluable resource to her clients.

Having worked alongside some of the top real estate moguls and celebrities in Los Angeles, Monique has distinguished herself as the go-to specialist for all luxury real estate needs. As a result of her international heritage, she is multilingual and fluent in French, Spanish and English, giving her clients a competitive edge in the city’s rapidly growing international market.

Monique is deeply passionate about philanthropic causes and committed to giving back to the community. As a mom of four students, she is constantly leading efforts for school fundraising and sports events, yielding high returns for the community’s schools and helping to bring the parents of Brentwood together.

Through Monique’s company, Contreau Designs, she has been able to use her designer’s eye and experience to coordinate large celebrity events, premieres, weddings and charity events. She passes this artistic talent on to her clients when helping them prepare their homes for sale.

Monique earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in International Law and is an alumni of St. Martin of Tours, Marymount High School, United States International University, and Lycée Français de Los Angeles. She has been featured in Angeleno Magazine’s Dynamic Woman issue and Westside Digs. She has raised her four beautiful children in the highly coveted Westside of Los Angeles and enjoys spending every moment with them.
