Muffy Ward

Muffy, as she is known by all, is no stranger to the Islands. The Ward family has had roots in The Turks & Caicos since the ‘60s and continues to be very involved in supporting the local community. Muffy grew up in Provo before moving abroad for college and growing her career as a private chef, first on yachts and then for several celebrities. Having lived and traveled to most, if not all, the Caribbean islands she maintained deep ties to her home, Provo, which made it almost guaranteed that she would return to stay! Working directly with and for, high-net-worth individuals, understanding and catering to their needs, she is perfectly suited to advise buyers and sellers in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

With her background in hospitality, she discovered her love for helping others and a strong desire to guide them through life’s most important decisions. The skills she garnered in these experiences led her to real estate, where she puts her excellent communication, organizational and planning skills to great use. Her clients can always count on her when they have a question or a concern.

Passionate and active, she never passes up a chance to go fishing and is easily convinced to try any sport, at least once! With Muffy’s intimate knowledge of the TCI, she is a valuable asset to the Agency team and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to ensure they find their dream house, whether for vacation or residency.
