I have been involved in Real Estate all my life. My family has been in the business for over 25 years. One of the hardest working agents I have ever met in my life is Nadiya Hrytchuk. I can be quite demanding and a bit difficult to work with at times. My wife and I, over a 10 month period went through 5 agents before we started working with Nadiya. When we gave her our criteria she didn’t waste our time with what we didn’t want, as so many others do. Instead she got right down to finding us exactly what we were looking for. This is what the people want in an agent. She always presented herself in a most professional manor from the way she dressed to how she expressed herself. As you know the process of getting board approval can be an arduous one. I have no patience for paperwork and almost walked away from the deal. She guided me through and kept me on the right track. This is not easy as I am 67 and pretty set in my ways. I was amazed at how she took control and made it as easy as possible. In my opinion you have a gem on your hands that I would suggest you continue to nurture as time will only make her better. It is a rare find today to come across an individual who will work this hard. The point is, if it wasn’t for Nadiya, I would not have an apartment today. I wish your company and Nadiya much success.
