Narine Avanessian

A tenacious agent and skilled negotiator, Narine Avanessian joins The Agency Pasadena with a wealth of local market expertise and extensive industry experience. Specializing in single-family homes, she represents buyers and sellers in La Canada, Burbank, and Glendale, where she was raised.

After studying business and psychology in college, Narine began her career in commercial real estate, managing and leasing properties throughout Southern California. She went on to become a loan officer, eventually overseeing teams handling nearly $500 million in annual lending. Seeing transactions through end to end puts Narine in a unique position to help guide her clients through the process of buying and selling.



In addition to real estate, Narine has a passion for books. When she isn’t negotiating on behalf of her clients or matching them to the perfect home, she reads voraciously and spends time outdoors with her very tight-knit family.
