License #: 01908355 Natalie Cadoch is an LA native and award-winning agent, who not only knows the nuances of each area and niche neighborhood in Los Angeles, but has also cultivated a lifetime of connections to help serve her clients when buying or selling a home.
Natalie always puts her clients’ needs first —”I don't work with numbers, I work with people,” she often says. Natalie offers the same high level of service, from a small lease transaction to a $35 million transaction. This relational approach, along with a reputation for top-tier professionalism, has earned Natalie consistent repeat and referral business.
"I work with high-profile clients and their entire business teams, which means privacy and discretion are of the utmost importance to me,” says Natalie. “When clients choose me, they choose privacy and peace-of-mind, knowing that their personal business will be kept quiet. In addition, this rapidly evolving and sophisticated market requires me to access off-market pocket listings for my clients that are unattainable to most - in fact, many of my sales are off-market and remain undisclosed to the public.”
Prior to joining The Agency, Natalie worked in New York City as an agent and an Executive Director of Marketing and Sales for a leading developer of single-family homes and condominium developments. She further deepened her knowledge by attending the prestigious NYU Professional Studies Program in Real Estate Marketing and Business.
Upon returning to Los Angeles in the mid-2000s, Natalie tapped into her long-held love of design and became a partner of Designers Views, a furniture and design showroom. "Transitioning into residential real estate was a natural progression for me,"says Natalie. "After almost a decade of helping my clients put together the perfect interior, I thought it was time to help them find the perfect home. I'm uniquely positioned to offer a full-service package."
Born and raised in Beverly Hills, a graduate of UCLA and a past resident of Siena, Italy and New York City, Natalie brings a high level of sophistication to her work. "Real estate and design are lifestyle businesses, and understanding client needs is key."
As a homeowner with hands-on experience renovating her own property, Natalie can confidently say that she understands a home down to the studs, literally. She is also a real estate investor who has personally learned the ins and outs of the business and economic side of the industry. But most of all, as a mother, Natalie understands the value and emotional journey of purchasing and selling a home.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and hiking with her beloved rescue dog, Paco. Natalie contributes to organizations including Giveback Homes and Baby2Baby, which provide important necessities to children living in poverty.
