Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, Nina primarily grew up in New York City, where she also studied business and sociology. After earning her undergraduate degree, she continued her education in furniture design at Parsons. Nina began her career leading international sales for a renowned lighting and furniture designer. While collaborating with a boutique real estate company on interior design for luxury apartments in Manhattan, a mentor recognized Nina’s potential and recommended she earn her real estate license. Nina took that advice and discovered a career that perfectly blends her talent for sales and penchant for design.
Nina has experience with both boutique and large-scale firms. In Manhattan she honed superb digital marketing skills while promoting hundreds of luxury rentals. While holding an average of three daily showings, she managed to close over fifteen transactions per month, which is a testament to her drive and negotiation savvy.
Drawn to the beautiful homes and mild climate of Los Angeles, Nina relocated to the West Coast in 2019. She uses her knowledge of the city’s architects and styles to help clients find and create the homes of their dreams. For Nina, business is a pleasure. She often cannot distinguish between work and free time, but she makes a point to regularly practice yoga and explore the LA culinary scene with family and friends.
