Ninkey Dalton ranks among the top 2% of real estate agents in Southern California, having sold more than $100 million dollars in real estate. Ninkey’s eye for aesthetics and her design background, coupled with well-honed negotiating and marketing skills, are tremendous assets for her clients, whether seasoned investors or first-time home buyers. Her expertise extends well beyond the Southern California market, with an international client base that spans North America, Europe and Asia. Ninkey’s global network of affiliates and connections have allowed her to connect far-flung buyers and sellers, and her background in international transactions enables her to engage foreign buyers who are finding Southern California particularly attractive. Ninkey is a member of The Agency International: A leading group of agents who carefully select and screen relationships with private wealth banks, managers and interpreters to create customized purchasing plans.
Ninkey joined The Agency after 13 years with Berkshire Hathaway, where she was in the Chairman’s Circle Gold and sold the highest-priced home in their Pacific Palisades office in 2013 ($11.5 million). Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Ninkey had a successful career as a Hollywood production designer, providing her with additional skills that have proved ideal for the real estate business. For years, Ninkey created the settings for fictional characters in film and television, and now matches real-life homebuyers to perfectly suited homes in Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Charged with managing crews, controlling multimillion-dollar budgets and designing everything from props to mansions, Ninkey is well-accustomed to handling financial complexities, collaborating with a diverse mix of parties and juggling details and deadlines. She still draws on her powerful portfolio of business skills and Hollywood relationships to handle intricate transactions with skill, assurance and absolute discretion. In 2014, Ninkey was featured on the hit TV show Million Dollar Listing on Bravo.
In addition to real estate, Ninkey is passionate about tennis and philanthropy. She supports Junior Tennis USTA, remains an avid player at the Riviera Tennis Club, supports the Santa Monica Conservancy, and is on the advisory board of A Window Between Worlds, an organization that supports abused women, men and children through a healing arts program. Ninkey is a long-time resident of Pacific Palisades, where she raised her family, belongs to the Chamber of Commerce and regularly donates to Give Back Homes.
