Rachel Swirtz

A Phoenix native, Rachel brings a local’s knowledge, passion for real estate and love of helping others to her work at The Agency. Well-versed on the area’s niche residential markets, Rachel strives to guide her clients seamlessly through the sale or purchase of a home, a life-changing event that requires a dedicated, detail-oriented mind.

Prior to her work in real estate, Rachel served as a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist at the Phoenix-based offices of a leading tech company, where she spent eight years honing her client service and management skills. Today, she works alongside mentor and leading Arizona agent Yvonne Matejka, serving buyers and sellers across the region with a special affinity for the neighborhood she calls home, McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale.

After growing up in Phoenix, Rachel earned her BS with a focus in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Cameron School of Business. When not exploring real estate with her clients, she loves traveling, spending time with family, exploring the area’s dynamic culinary scene, horseback riding, spending time outdoors, staycations in her home state and enjoying the Mesa Country Club.
